As many of you know, we have been making some changes to our kitchen to make it more our style! One of the things we changed in here was adding these gorgeous new counter stools from Kathy Kuo home. They are stunning, so comfortable and add so much warmth, character and charm to our kitchen that felt very cold and clinical before.

I am so excited to finally share some more details of our bonus room with you all. This space was designed for multiple purposes. A space for our kids to play with toys, and also a place for guests to stay when they come to visit. We originally had a king-size bed in here for guests, but it was impossible to keep the kids off of it and keep the bed clean and ready for guests. I knew there had to be a better solution, and then I got the idea of a sleeper sofa!!

Winter can be such a tricky time to decorate our homes. The months of January & February can be so cold, long, and dark. Once the Christmas decor comes down our homes feel empty and bare. But, I am usually so ready to tear down Christmas January 1st. So how do we keep the coziness of Christmas into the new year? Here’s a few tips and tricks I use to make my home feel cozy & warm.
